VIP members are given 3000 poker points upon creating their VIP account. If a VIP member's account is below 3000 poker points at 12:01 am Eastern Time, that account will be automatically reset to 3000 poker points.
SuperVIP members are given 15000 poker points upon creating their SuperVIP account. If a SuperVIP member's account is below 15000 poker points at 12:01 am Eastern Time, that account will be automatically reset to 15000 poker points.
A member may be both a VIP and SuperVIP member. If this is the case, and the user is below 15000 poker points at 12:01 am Eastern Time, that account will be automatically reset to 15000 poker points.

Getting Paid
Minimum prize claim is $200. You must be a VIP or Super VIP member to request a payout. All payments will be processed via AlertPay within fourteen days of request except in times of high volume. Users not from the USA, Canada and the UK may experience longer delays.
