Terms and Conditions

LOVETHATPOKER.COM ("LOVETHATPOKER" or "LOVETHATPOKER.COM") provides the LOVETHATPOKER.COM online poker website (the "Service") to any person ("you" or "your") who completes the registration process to become a member of the Service and is accepted by LOVETHATPOKER.COM to become a member on the following terms, which may be updated by LOVETHATPOKER.COM at any point without giving you notice.

BY CHECKING THE "I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" BOX AND SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION FORM OR ACCESSING, USING OR INSTALLING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT CHECK THE "I AM 18 YRS OR OLDER AND AGREE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS" BUTTON AND YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, USE OR INSTALL ANY PART OF THE SERVICE. YOU MAY PRINT THESE PAGES FOR YOUR RECORDS.

GENERAL TERMS, DEFINITIONS, AND INTERPRETATIONS

Definitions. The following terms shall have the following meanings in this agreement:

  1. "Privacy Policy" shall mean the document setting forth the policies of LOVETHATPOKER.COM regarding the collection, retention, and use of the personal information of those that use the LOVETHATPOKER.COM site.
  2. "Site" shall mean the LOVETHATPOKER.COM website.
  3. "Sponsor" shall mean LOVETHATPOKER.COM
  4. "Service" shall mean any part of LOVETHATPOKER.com, which includes all Sit&Go tables, Cash Prize Tournaments, Play for Fun games, forums, and blogs.
  5. "Network" shall mean the shared player access of affiliated poker sites.
  6. "LOVETHATPOKER Game Client" shall mean the software used to run the poker room and allow the play of poker.

Section References. References to a "Section" shall be deemed references to an enumerated section of this agreement.

Subsection References. References to a "Subsection" shall be deemed references to labelled Subsection of this agreement.

Reference and Convenience of Labels. Section headings and Subsection labels are used for convenience and referential notation only and shall have no interpretative effect or impact whatsoever.

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. No purchase is necessary to enter and a purchase will not improve the odds of winning. For more information on no-purchase entry into the site's VIP club, please see the Mail In Entries section for more details.
  2. METHOD OF DETERMINING WINNERS. Winners will be chosen based on performance at cash tournament tables. For more information on winning, please visit the "How To Win" section.
  3. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries to each tournament and the skill of players. All odds are subject to change based on number of entries and the skill of players participating in any given tournament.
  4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. For a complete list of terms and conditions, please see below.
  5. LIMITATIONS. Each user may have only one (1) account. Any person found to have more than one account will be disqualified from all further play. Only one (1) account may be played upon per sponsor network per household per table.
  6. NETWORK. Only one account registered is allowed per Network. If you have multiple accounts on the Network, you acknowledge that the Sponsor may terminate your accounts and revoke your winnings at its sole discretion.
  7. PROHIBITION OF FACSIMILE ENTRIES. No entry is permitted by facsimile.
  8. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. All users must be eighteen (18) years old or of the legal age to participate in the service in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Employees of LOVETHATPOKER.COM or of any of its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates, licensees, advertising, promotional or other agencies, software suppliers and/or developers may not win any cash prizes on the Site.
  9. DURATION. The tournaments run daily, weekly and monthly as explained on the Tournaments page. All tournaments will run on the days detailed there unless the listed conditions are not met. LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to modify or remove tournaments without notification to users involved in the tournament in question. Any changes to the tournament schedule will be posted to the Tournaments page. It is the players' responsibility to stay aware of any such changes.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Please see the LIMITATION OF LIABILITY section in the Terms and Conditions.
  11. LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED OR POSTAGE-DUE MAIL. LOVETHATPOKER.COM does not take responsibility for any mail that is lost, late, misdirected or postage-due.
  12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Use of the Site is void in Jurisdictions where prohibited. Any players found to have played and/or won from these Jurisdictions may have their winnings revoked or their accounts deleted based on the severity of the transgression and the Jurisdiction in question.
  13. TAXES ON PRIZES. All federal, provincial, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
  14. RELEASES. By playing on LOVETHATPOKER.COM, you state: "For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the releasor, release the releasee for any and all claims I may have against the releasee up to the date of the agreement of this release."
  15. WINNER'S LIST WITH PRIZES. A list of winners to any tournament can be attained by e-mailing Support with the corresponding tournament ID.
  16. UNCLAIMED PRIZES NOT REWARDED. LOVETHATPOKER.COM takes no responsibility for delivering prizes that are not claimed by users.
  17. WAIVER OF PUBLICITY RIGHTS. By playing on LOVETHATPOKER.COM you give the Site full authorization to use your username and any quotes you may give to or on the Site in our publicity which may include but is not limited to advertisements on other sites and leaderboards on our front page. For more on how your information is used, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
  18. ENTRIES PROPERTY OF SPONSOR. All entries, electronic or mailed in, are the property of LOVETHATPOKER.COM. No mail-in entries will be returned.
  19. JUDGES' DECISIONS FINAL. All decisions made by the staff of LOVETHATPOKER.COM are to be considered final, and binding.
  20. PRINTING, TYPOGRAPHICAL, MECHANICAL (OR OTHER ERRORS). LOVETHATPOKER.COM and its staff, subsidiaries and licensors are under no obligation to award any prize that is advertised or displayed due to printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors.
  21. PRIZES OF MINORS. Any prizes found to be won by minors will be deemed void by LOVETHATPOKER.COM. This includes those under eighteen (18) years of age or under the legal age to participate in the service in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  22. SITE USE AND FRAUD. Please see the Site Use section for more details.
  23. VERIFICATION PROCEDURES. All players who claim a prize(s) are subject to a verification process, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section of the site. Any player who has not submitted to these procedures cannot claim a prize.
  24. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to play as a VIP member on the site. For more details, please see below.

METHODS OF ENTRY

Mail In Entries

OFFLINE NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY METHOD OF ENTRY: As an alternate means of entry into LOVETHATPOKER.COM's VIP Club, a member must:

  1. Register at LOVETHATPOKER.COM as a Trial VIP member; and
  2. For each one-month period that he/she wants to participate in the VIP program, send a 4 inch by 6 inch postcard or index card on which the member has handwritten, legibly in ink, the player's LOVETHATPOKER.COM screen name, First and Last Name, Complete Mailing Address (e.g. Street, City, State, ZIP code), Email Address, Date of Birth, Signature, and the period of thirty days in which the player would like to participate (one thirty-day period per card) in yyyy-mm-dd format. The VIP status will be granted from 12:01AM Eastern Time on the first day until midnight on the thirtieth day. The postcard must be mailed to: CKT TECHNOLOGIES, 17 Ensign House, Admirals Way; Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom; E14 9XQ.
  3. Entries must be received no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the period of thirty days in which entry is requested. LOVETHATPOKER.COM will post a schedule of all tournaments. LOVETHATPOKER.COM shall not be responsible for any mail that is lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, stolen or postage-due.
  4. Approved entries will receive poker points as a VIP Member.
  5. The odds of winning any prize will be the same by mail in entry as by online membership in the VIP Club. The odds of qualification via qualifying tournament will be the same by mail in entry as by online membership in the VIP Club, and all participants entering this way shall be accorded equal opportunities to win and participate in events held at LOVETHATPOKER.COM, and will depend on number of entrants.

All Tournaments, Cash Prize Tournaments, Sit&Go tables, and Play for Fun tables are available to anyone who registers on the Site and becomes a member, completes the registration process at WWW.LOVETHATPOKER.COM, meets the qualifications set forth herein and affirmatively accepts these terms of use and the associated privacy policy. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PLAY.

USE OF POKER POINTS

  1. Poker Points can only be used for the entry fees of Cash Prize Tournaments, to play at the Play For fun tables, or to register to Sit&Go tournaments.
  2. Poker Points have no cash value whatsoever, and are in no way redeemable or transferable to cash or cash prizes.
  3. Poker Points are awarded to winners of Sit&Go tables and Play For Fun tables, and some Tournaments, according to the rules of that particular game, table, or tournament.
  4. Trial VIP Members are given 100 Poker Points upon signing up to the Service. Every day at 12:01 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, if a trial VIP member has less than 100 Poker Points, the member's balance will be reset to 3000 Poker Points. If, at 12:01 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, the Trial VIP user has more than 3000 poker points, their balance will be reset to 3000 poker points. VIP users will be reset to 3000 points if they are below 3000 points at 12:01 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. For Super VIP users, it is the same as VIP users, but 15000 points instead of 3000. For users who are both VIP and Super VIP, it is the same, but 18000 points instead of 3000 or 18000.

CASH PRIZES

  1. Cash Prizes are always US Dollars (USD).
  2. Cash Prizes are awarded to winners of Cash Prize Tournaments according to the rules of the particular Daily Cash Tournament, Weekly Cash Prize Tournament, or Monthly Cash Prize Tournament.
  3. Cash Prizes are only sent to VIP or Super VIP Members that have accumulated a balance of $275 or more in Cash Prizes.
  4. Cash Prizes are sent in the form of a payment via AlertPay.com to the name and address of a Member that has accumulated $275 or more in Cash Prizes.
  5. Cash Prizes are in no way transferable to Poker Points.
  6. Players cannot use the Service to wager or make bets with Cash Prizes.
  7. Players must maintain a minimum balance of $75 in their account once reached. This cannot be withdrawn.
  8. Our listed $25 Tournaments are only accessible to Trial-VIP members, to enable them to get familiar with the community better with less waiting time between tournaments. Money won is real and will be applied to Trial-VIP members accounts. Upon upgrading to VIP or SuperVIP membership, you will no longer be able to access the $25 Tournaments but instead gain different benefits, based on your membership level.

PLAY CHIPS

  1. Play Chips are given out to players in Sit&Go tables, Daily Cash Prize Tournaments, Weekly Cash Prize Tournaments, and Monthly Cash Prize Tournaments.
  2. Play Chips have no cash value whatsoever, and are in no way redeemable or transferable to cash or cash prizes.
  3. Play Chips cannot be retained upon leaving the table on which they were issued, nor can they be transferred to other tables, games, or tournaments.

General Rules Applicable to All Tournaments:

  1. All tournament-based competition will begin at the tournament details' designated time, which may be found in the LOVETHATPOKER Game Client lobby.
  2. The tournament finishes when one (1) player wins all the chips and is declared the tournament victor.
  3. Any play considered unethical by LOVETHATPOKER in its sole discretion will result in the immediate disqualification of the applicable player(s) from the tournament.
  4. As players are eliminated during the tournament, tables will be joined together to keep a full complement of players. Players may be forced to post the blinds when arriving at a new table. Table reassignments are an inherent part of tournaments and apply equally to all players.
  5. All observers and players are to use the chat function considerately and ethically. Players may not comment upon or discuss hands that are live. Decisions on what is and is not acceptable in chat is up to the sole discretion of LOVETHATPOKER and its administrators.
  6. LOVETHATPOKER will strive to limit server-side internet interruptions or issues during a tournament, but assumes no responsibility for such issues. If such an issue occurs, all hands and chip stacks will be returned to the state they were in at the start of the interrupted hand. In the event of a player-side issue, Sponsor will give extra time to the disconnected player to reconnect in the tournament's later rounds. If a player cannot or decides not to reconnect, he/she will have cards dealt to him/her and all blinds and antes will be automatically posted. Players that do not reconnect within the allotted time will automatically fold.
  7. Players may enter a maximum of one (2) cash prize tournament and one (1) sit and go tournament at any time.
  8. Winnings from tournaments or tables entered using any non-authorized method, including but not limited to access without the use of the lobby will not be honoured. Players may be banned for using any non-authorized method to access these tournaments and tables.

 

Player Eligibility

  1. Subject To Local Laws. You are subject to the laws of the country, state, city or other legal entity (collectively "Jurisdiction") in which you reside and/or from which you access the Site. Access to the Site may not be legal for some or all residents of, or persons present in, certain Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine the law that applies in the applicable Jurisdiction and LOVETHATPOKER.COM does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of your participation in the Service, or that materials on this Site are appropriate for use in your Jurisdiction. LOVETHATPOKER.COM does not intend that the Site be used by persons present in Jurisdictions in which the playing of card games for free or entering Cash Prize Tournaments may be prohibited or restricted. You agree that the Site does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by LOVETHATPOKER.COM for the use of any service in any Jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited or restricted. You agree that, and LOVETHATPOKER.COM asserts that, LOVETHATPOKER.COM shall not have any responsibility under any laws in any Jurisdiction, other than the country of Cyprus. LOVETHATPOKER.COM further reserves the right to require you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate and win prizes in the online poker Cash Prize Tournaments and/or other parts of the Server, prior to payment of any winnings or prizes. LOVETHATPOKER.COM also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service and access to any potential participant. In addition, we cannot offer VIP services or payouts to players who are playing from the following US States: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Washington. Users may originate from these locations but may not play from or collect cash prizes from them.
  2. Parental Control. Hardware, software and filtering services to aid in control and protection for your computer are commercially available, and you may use these to control material harmful to those whose age is under the legal age in the applicable Jurisdiction to participate in the Service, or under eighteen (18) years of age, whichever is higher. LOVETHATPOKER reserves the right to withhold winnings from accounts deemed to have won money while being used by a minor.

How We Comply With The UIGEA

  1. Lovethatpoker.com is a membership organization that complies with all local laws, including the U.S. Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). The reason lovethatpoker.com is not an online gambling site is because players do not stake, bet, or wager something of value when playing on our site. For gambling to occur, something of value must be risked (this is how the U.S. Congress defines a bet or a wager). At lovethatpoker.com, players can only wager "Poker Points", which have no merchant value and remain the property of LoveThatPoker.com. Players can accumulate poker points by winning tournaments and they also receive a daily allowance of poker points that varies depending on the membership type. At no time can players stake their money or anything of value on their hand.

Registration

  1. Initial Account Establishment. To become a member of the site, you must register at LOVETHATPOKER.COM and affirmatively accept the terms outlined in this document and the associated privacy policy. You will choose a unique ID and password that will allow you access to your account and the ability to manage your account.
  2. Continuing Duty and Affirmation. Each time you use the Site, you represent and warrant to LOVETHATPOKER.COM that: (i) you are of either legal age to participate in a Cash Tournament in the applicable Jurisdiction or eighteen (18) years of age, whichever is higher; (ii) your access to the Site, your participation in tournaments and/or games, and LOVETHATPOKER.COM's offering and operating of these tournaments and games is legal in your applicable Jurisdiction; (iii) the submitted e-mail address is owned or controlled by you; and (iv) all information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete. LOVETHATPOKER.COM relies upon these representations and warranties. By applying for registration, you authorize LOVETHATPOKER.COM to make any and all enquiries, as LOVETHATPOKER.COM in its sole discretion considers necessary, to verify any information you have provided. LOVETHATPOKER.COM may require you to submit proof of age, identity and/or place of residence at any time, as required by them. Anywhere that it has grounds to suspect any of your provided information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves all rights to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account. You maintain all responsibility to keep all information provided at registration true, accurate, current and complete.
  3. No Employees. Employees of LOVETHATPOKER.COM or of any of its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates, licensees, advertising, promotional or other agencies, software suppliers and/or developers may not win any cash prizes on the Site. Any violations of this provision will result in the immediate nullification of any winnings to be paid out to the offender(s).
  4. Account Changes. You must immediately inform LOVETHATPOKER.COM by e-mail at Support if any of your personal account details or other relevant financial information changes.
  5. One Account Only. Each user may register only one account for his/her own use. Any user(s) who violate this provision acknowledge and agree that they will be ineligible for any prizes and excluded from play.
  6. VIP Services. By completing the VIP Member registration, you authorize LOVETHATPOKER to charge applicable recurring VIP Member fees to your designated AlertPay account. Monthly VIP Members are billed on a thirty (30)-day cycle, which begins upon VIP Member registration (or at the end of a free limited trial period, if applicable to a promotion through which you joined) and ends 30 days thereafter. If you fail to cancel before the end of the 30-day cycle, LOVETHATPOKER will automatically renew your VIP membership at the end of the 30-day cycle and you will be billed according to the plan you are currently on. If your use of our services is subject to use or sales tax, then LOVETHATPOKER may also charge you for such taxes, besides the VIP Membership or other fees published at LOVETHATPOKER.COM. LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to change our fees and/or methods of billing at any time. LOVETHATPOKER.COM will post any such changes in these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reviewing LOVETHATPOKER.COM's Terms and Conditions section to obtain timely notice of such changes. Continued use of this Service after the changes are posted on LOVETHATPOKER.COM means that you accept these changes. Should you decide that any change is unacceptable, you may cancel your VIP membership. LOVETHATPOKER.COM will only refund fees that have not accrued to your account before cancellation of your VIP membership. To cancel your VIP membership log in at LOVETHATPOKER.COM and select "My Profile" for cancellation instructions.
    VIP Membership Required for Payout. Your account must have a VIP or Super VIP status for you to cash out. See the "Mail In Entries" section for details on how to become a VIP member via offline, no-purchase-necessary means.
  7. Upgrade upon winning $75. Upon winning $75 or more, users must upgrade to VIP status via Alertpay to continue playing in Cash Prize Tournaments at LOVETHATPOKER.COM. A Trial VIP member may only have a maximum amount of $75 in their account; if their winnings would rise above $75 due to victory in any Cash Prize Tournament, it will be capped at $75. All VIP or Super VIP members who revert to Trial VIP will have their winnings reset to $75, if their winnings are above $75.
  8. Player inactivity. A player becomes dormant when he did not have any play activity, VIP Purchases/Upgrades (including but not limited to Super VIP) or withdrawal for 20 weeks straight. After thirty (30) days from the moment they become dormant, we reserve the right to take the ownership of these player accounts as well as any remaining balance present in their accounts. Furthermore, if a payment is made through Alertpay but is not claimed within thirty (30) days (that is, it still appears as "Pending") the amount will be refunded to the Site's Alertpay account, and the user will have the amount replaced in their winnings.
  9. Affirmation of Skill & Fairness. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL GAMES INCLUDED IN THE SERVER, INCLUDING CASH PRIZE TOURNAMENTS, ARE CONTESTS THAT ARE DETERMINED PRIMARILY BY SKILL AND THAT NO CONSIDERATION IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SERVICE OR CASH TOURNAMENT. ADDITIONALLY, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE FAIR.

Account Identifiers

  1. Secrecy Obligation. Once you have selected a unique and specific user ID and password (herein referred to as "Identifiers"), you are responsible for the security and confidentiality of these Identifiers. The Site requires some or all of these identifiers to allow access to certain areas. If you are concerned that your Identifiers have become insecure and/or no longer confidential, notify LOVETHATPOKER.COM immediately by sending an e-mail to , at which time new Identifiers may be selected and/or allocated. Any future transactions under the previous Identifiers may be voided at the sole discretion of LOVETHATPOKER.COM. Without limiting the foregoing, any accepted transactions made on the Site where your Identifiers have been used (and where you have not previously notified LOVETHATPOKER.COM as provided herein) will be treated as valid.
  2. No Transfer. Your account is non-transferable. You shall not permit or allow any other person and/or third party to use or re-use your Identifiers in any way that may breach the standards or laws in any Jurisdiction where you are located and/or a resident, or where such other person is located and/or is a resident, under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, any person under eighteen (18) years of age or under the legal age to participate in the Service or Cash Prize Tournaments. Any person(s) in violation of this section will not be entitled to collect any prizes or winnings and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  3. You Are Responsible. You agree to be solely responsible for all use of the Site and Service (including, without limitation, participation in Cash Prize Tournaments) through the use of any of your Identifiers (except where you have notified LOVETHATPOKER.COM as provided above) and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOVETHATPOKER.COM, along with its parent company, affiliates, agents, managers and directors, for any and all claims, damages, liability, losses and costs (including attorneys' expenses and fees) arising from such use.

No Interest. Any monies or prizes held in your account shall bear no interest in your favor. Should you win any money or prizes from the Service or Cash Prize Tournaments, you are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes due from you in your applicable Jurisdiction, and are required to make all arrangements.

Account Suspension

  1. Right To Cancel Account. LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to cancel or refuse your registration and/or account for any reason at any time, with or without notice to you.
  2. Investigation. If your account is suspended or terminated, LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to determine whether any transactions placed by you will be declared as void.

Site Use

  1. Services May Change or End. LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, alter or discontinue services offered on the Site at any time, without notice to you, and without creating any obligation to you.
  2. You Must Obey Guidelines and Rules. By using the services on the Site, you agree that you are subject to any guidelines, contest rules or policies applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines, policies or contest rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these terms. You fully accept that any and all instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from LOVETHATPOKER.COM and/or through use of software will be binding on you. Your commercial use of the Site or any of the online contests is strictly forbidden.
  3. Telecom and Access Fees. You are solely responsible for obtaining access to the Site and that access may involve third party fees, including, without limitation, Internet service provider, cable, telephone or airtime fees. You are solely responsible for these fees, including any fees associated with the display and/or delivery of advertisements. Additionally, it is solely your responsibility to provide all equipment necessary to access the site.
  4. Odds, Risk and Fair Play. You acknowledge and agree that all games within the Service, including cash prize tournaments, are skill based contests that measure your ability to play poker and manage risk against the skills of others, and that you are unlikely to profit from it, as it is for entertainment purposes only.
  5. Cheating. You shall not cheat, attempt to cheat, or otherwise interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operations of the Site or any of its services or contests. If LOVETHATPOKER.COM believes, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged, or attempted to engage in any act of cheating, used automated technology or otherwise unfairly alter your likelihood of winning, or to otherwise commit fraud with regard to the Site, you will forfeit all winnings or prizes to which you may otherwise be entitled. LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to revoke your site winnings, ban you from playing on the site, institute civil proceedings against you, file criminal proceedings against you, and/or report you to any relevant regulatory authorities.
  6. Assistance Software. You may not use any bots, custom-made software, hand analysis software or other software that unfairly gives you an advantage in a poker game. Users found to be breaking this rule, at the sole discretion of LOVETHATPOKER.COM and its employees, are subject to temporary or permanent banning, or revocation of winnings.
  7. Abusive behavior. Any attempt to abuse other players is forbidden and may be punished with a warning, temporary or permanent ban, confiscation of any or all winnings, or legal action, at the discretion of LOVETHATPOKER.COM and its staff. This includes but is not limited to hateful language, deliberate slow play, threats, or anything else deemed abusive by LOVETHATPOKER.COM and its staff.
  8. Multiple Accounts. LOVETHATPOKER.COM maintains a one-account-per-person, household, and IP rule. Any users who intend to play from the same household or IP must email support with details as to the nature of the relationship between such users, the amount of time for which those users intend to play from the same place, and acknowledgement that they will not play at cash prize tournaments at the same time (whether it is the same tournament or two tournaments concurrently). Any users found at the same location without having notified support but are deemed to be abusing this system will also face the same consequences. Furthermore, any users who have notified support but are deemed to be abusing this system at the sole discretion of LOVETHATPOKER.COM and its employees will also face the same consequences.
  9. English Only. Users may only speak English at LOVETHATPOKER.COM. Users found to be breaking this rule are subject to temporary or permanent banning, or revocation of winnings.

Computer Errors. If you become aware that the software contains any error or incompleteness, you shall immediately notify LOVETHATPOKER.COM by e-mail at Support. You agree to refrain from exploiting or in anyway benefiting that error or incompleteness and LOVETHATPOKER.COM reserves the right to recover any such advantage that you do gain from such error or incompleteness, as well as any and all associated costs, damages and expenses in making such recovery. LOVETHATPOKER.COM will not be liable for any alleged winnings that are, in LOVETHATPOKER.COM's sole discretion, the result of a system error, malfunction or exploit.

Verification. Whenever LOVETHATPOKER.COM requests additional verification, proof or documentation from you, including, without limitation, a copy of your passport, driver's license or utility bill, such materials must be sent by facsimile, mail or such other means of communication specified by LOVETHATPOKER.COM. Such materials shall become the property of LOVETHATPOKER.COM and will not be returned.

Miscellaneous
